Start your day with an invigorating breakfast from the buffet: from 7.00 to 10.30 on weekdays and from 7.30 to 11.00 am on weekends.

We pamper you with warm bread – fresh from the oven, eggs from an organic farm, a choice of cereals and cornflakes and a lot more for the perfect start of the day. Until 5.00 pm a selection of teas and Grander water is provided.

If you have booked our half-board we invite you to Otto’s – our organic restaurant – in the evening. There we serve fresh dinner from 6.00 – 9.00 pm. Our menu comes with fish or meat, but you can also choose our vegetarian/vegan alternative. Wednesday is our FREE-from day, as we offer a larger selection of healthy vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as a fresh fish dish instead of meat.

If you suffer from allergies or have a food intolerance, please let us know upon booking. As far as possible, we will prepare the food accordingly. Please note that an additional fee (due to extra work) can be charged.

Take a break from everyday life. Our Rhön-Spa is open Monday to Thursday from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm and Friday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm, and it is available to you free of charge.

Enjoy our spa, which includes a garden sauna, the Haus der Stille, a fresh air grotto, a Finnish sauna (90°C), a herbal sauna (60°C), and a steam bath. Take a refreshing swim in our natural swimming pond, a true experience for your skin. With our wide range of additional treatments, such as Shiatsu or a Bamboo Massage, there's something for everyone. Our staff is happy to help you choose a suitable one.

In our rooms, you will sleep under duvets and on pillows that not only offer the highest comfort but have also been selected with special care. Our bedding comes from Seibersdorfer and carries the "Glückliche Gänse" guarantee. This ensures that the feathers and down come exclusively from geese that are kept humanely on farms in natural herds with mother animals. Live plucking is guaranteed not to take place!

People suffering from allergies can also sleep soundly with us: The bedding from Seibersdorfer is marked with the NOMITE label, indicating that it is suitable for people with house dust mite allergies. This way, you not only enjoy restful sleep but you can also be assured that our bedding has been selected with respect for animal welfare and health.

Take advantage of our free Wi-Fi, which is available throughout the hotel (excluding Rhön-Spa). In your hotel room, you will find a wellness bag with bathrobes and towels that you can use in the Rhön-Spa. Bath slippers are also available at the reception should you forget to bring your own. In the Rhön-Spa, Grander water and tea are available for you at no charge.

If you are travelling with your electric car, our charging stations (6) are available for you (for a fee). Furthermore, you can safely store your bicycles in our bicycle box, which includes a free charging station for e-bikes. In our 15,000 m² outdoor area with the Naschgarten and the herb garden, you can sample nature's fruits to your heart's content.

You can also help yourself to our tea bar in the restaurant from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm free of charge. For a snack, feel free to pick whatever grows in our garden – the selection depends on the season. Additionally, our small menu is available for snacks from 1:00 pm.

Environmental protection is more than just a word for us - for the sake of the environment and due to the frequent requests of our guests, we clean your room every second day during your stay. This decision is an important contribution to conserving resources and protecting the environment. If you would like an additional towel change or a mid-stay cleaning, simply let us know at the reception the evening before, and we will take care of it. Thank you for supporting us in our efforts!

Your room will be available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to use our Rhön SPA or relax on the terrace.

A relaxed and sustainable journey is also possible by train. Mellrichstadt train station is easy to reach and only around a 20-minute walk from the hotel. Upon prior arrangement, we are also happy to pick you up directly from the station.

Complimentary parking spaces are available directly at the hotel. For electric vehicles, we offer several charging stations as well as fast chargers in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days prior to arrival. In the event of later cancellations, 70% of the total booking price will be charged. Different conditions may apply for special events and retreats.
